Our Central Communication Center consist of Internet and International and 800 phone lines answered 24 hours 7 days 365 days a year we can assist patients in need of emergency air ambulance transportation anywhere in the world.
Once Air Care Life Flights Team is called to action our communications center gives evacuation notice to our aviation carrier and patient and family is then prepared for med flight departure after pre-flight medical consultations with discharging hospital and all principles involved are updated as to schedule and departure.
Arrangements for family members to travel with patient and ground ambulance are conducted. The receiving medical facility and receiving ground ambulance are coordinated and updated. Due to the sensitive nature of our flights weather can delay non-critical flight schedules and so rescheduled when the Captain gives us a "good to go" sign! Even though we have to start the process all over again it’s well worth it for our patient with a smoother ride and safer flight conditions.
During the air ambulance flight which is outfitted with the highest trained flight medical personnel and the latest state of the art medical and cardiac equipment on board, mean while our Central Communications Center computer tracks the medical flight aircraft and gives instant email or phone communication to family as to progress of their flight and exact time of arrival.
After arrival our Flight Nurse gives in-flight medical report during the air ambulance transfer to our Central Communications Center.
Once the patient has landed and disembarked to ground ambulance and headed to receiving hospital another communication is made to family as to patient’s condition and arrival time. Captain then debriefs Central Communications Center as to completed flight progress and request new flight orders for the next patient in need of emergency air ambulance medical flight transportation.
